If you’re in college/dorm living…attack the endless salad bar! Have fun with it. Mix it up. I ate salads and veggie sandwiches religiously. I also loved our fruit bar. I normally stayed away from the main food lines and the pizza.
As far as workouts go, I prefer to exercise in the morning..but waking up at 6am to do so was just not going to happen every morning. So, you can squeeze workouts in after your classes or in between! Whatever works for you. You can get a gym membership or do workouts in your dorm room! By positioning our lofted beds a certain way, my roommate and I had enough space to work out. Or, you can check to see if your university gyms offer workout classes! Those are always fun.
PS: saying you have to do homework/study/read really isn’t a valid excuse to constantly skip workouts (;
