Experimenting…

Avocado cilantro dressing that I conjured up….love it on lettuce wraps.

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados

1 slice of lime

1 tbsp of dried oregano

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

6 tbsp of olive oil

and 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients in a blender…squeeze in the lime juice and blend. May need to add water if the avocado is to this. Then just add to a condiment bottle. Make sure to put the seeds in the mix also to keep the green color. Unless you don’t mind looking at a nasty brown. NOM NOM NOM
